Our Return and Refund policy consists of:  Due to the nature of our business (food handling) we do not accept refunds or returns of any kind. By purchasing/consuming our products, you agree to the following: 

 Allergen Disclaimer For customers who request the omission of a specific allergen in their dessert:

 I acknowledge that Ebony's Vegan Bakery LLC regularly uses various ingredients (such as nuts, gluten, sweeteners, wheat, soy, etc.) and cannot be held liable for allergic reactions that occur due to trace elements of the allergen coming in contact within other given products. I also acknowledge that although Ebony's Vegan Bakery LLC will strive to eliminate contact with the known allergen to the best of their abilities, it is not a bakery that solely specializes in allergen-free desserts therefore a 100% allergen-free product cannot be guaranteed. 

With each purchase or consumption of our product(s) you agree to the following:

I agree to release, forever discharge, and hold harmless Ebony's Vegan Bakery LLC and all independent contractors or employees from any claims, damages or legal actions arising from or connected in any way to our products or the procedure/conduct used.

*Cake artist can make any modifications deemed necessary on all orders/decorations.
*We cannot be held liable for any mishaps, even in the case of negligence.
